About Me

I am the principal of Cox Elementary in Leander ISD, just north of Austin, Texas. Prior to this role, I was an elementary classroom teacher, elementary math curriculum specialist, K-12 instructional technologist, high school instructional coach, and dean of instruction. I am also the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Ed Technology Specialists and teach online classes centered around technology integration.

I have worked, trained, and coached educators at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I am dedicated to helping educators redefine their classroom practices by making learning relevant and engaging for students. My passion for education has led me to present at district, state, and national conferences, conduct webinars for various companies, and train teachers in Japan, Germany, and Belgium.
